The purpose of this study is to understand how Xanomeline-Trospium Chloride (KarXTor Cobenfy) works in real life in the United States for treating schizophrenia in adult participants, and to see if participants are satisfied with the treatment.

This observational study will collect data from your medical records, and your doctor, through questions asked during your routine visits to your doctor over the first 6 months of your participation in the study. The study will not interfere with your standard medical care. The study doctor will review your medical records and other information to determine if you have been prescribed Cobenfy and if you meet other eligibility criteria to participate.
